Planning, design, cost estimating and construction services related to storm-water treatment facilities, haul roads and water systems. Planning work included pavement management, water, sewer and storm drainage system modeling.

Lead Design Engineer on several civil aspects of the $580 million West Point Sewage Treatment Plant upgrade. Responsibilities included site stormflow forecasting, drainage and erosion control, site grading, pavement design, and responsibility for all non-structural design of buildings and site areas associated with solids reduction and handling processes.

Responsibilities included the design, cost estimation and construction services for a wide variety of private and municipal projects. Municipal work included analyzing several city water and sewer systems, roads, pavement rehabilitation, package sewage treatment plants and design of all infrastructure systems for subdivisions up to 440 lots.

As the only engineer representing the Thai Government in a district the size of the Olympic Peninsula, responsibilities included the design cost estimation and construction of rural roads, bridges, canals, weirs, small dams, water treatment and distribution facilities.
